Gender identity can be a deeply personal, evolving, and sometimes challenging journey, especially in a world where understanding and acceptance are not always guaranteed. Whether you’re exploring your identity, navigating transition‑related experiences,or simply wanting a space where you can show up without explanation, you are welcome here. I offer a supportive, affirming environment where your identity is respected, your autonomy is prioritised, and your story is yours to tell.


Women’s health and wellbeing

I offer sensitive, non‑judgemental support for women navigating a range of deeply personal experiences, including abortion, early pregnancy loss, traumatic birth, postnatal depression, fertility challenges, early menopause and menopause. We can gently explore what you’re carrying, make sense of the emotions that arise, and support you to reconnect with who you are.


Neurodivergence, SEND, and Chronic Illness


Many people living with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND), neurodivergence, or chronic illness navigate a world that isn’t always designed with their needs in mind. This can lead to exhaustion, overwhelm, isolation, or a sense of being misunderstood. You don’t have to carry that alone. Whether you’re exploring a recent diagnosis, managing the emotional impact of long‑term conditions, or simply trying to make sense of how you move through the world, our work together will move at your pace and honour your strengths.

I offer a confidential, non‑judgemental space where you can talk openly, without expectations, assumptions, or stereotypes.

Whether you’ve lost a partner, family member, friend, colleague, or someone who shaped your world in a meaningful way, bereavement can bring a mix of emotions that feel overwhelming, confusing, or unpredictable. You may be feeling sadness, anger, numbness, guilt, relief, or a sense of disconnection. . Here you can talk openly about your loss without fear of judgement or pressure to “move on” and navigate the emotional impact of grief in your own time and in your own way.
